My healthcare career began at the bedside as a CNA, where I developed a deep respect for patient care and firsthand insight into how systems, policies, and leadership decisions directly affect outcomes. That foundation became the catalyst for my transition into healthcare leadership as a Certified Medical Manager, where my focus shifted from individual care to building compliant, efficient, and resilient organizations.

Today, I lead and advise healthcare and behavioral health practices on regulatory compliance, operational structure, and financial sustainability. My work centers on translating complex regulations into practical systems that protect organizations, support staff, and maintain patient trust.

I am also the published author of Bruises to Business, a reflection of my commitment to trauma-informed leadership, mental health advocacy, and community education. The book and my advocacy work reinforce a leadership philosophy rooted in accountability, empathy, and structure.
